These terms apply to your use of the Prized Plants website. Prized Plants is currently in its foundation build: browsing is open, and accounts, My Greenhouse, and Wishlist have not yet launched. These terms will be expanded and reviewed before account features open, and the “Last updated” date above will change when they do.
Using the site
You may browse Prized Plants for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or test its security without authorization, scrape it at abusive volumes, or misrepresent your affiliation with Prized Plants.
Plant information
Plant information on Prized Plants is community submitted and editorially reviewed. It is provided for general reference and is not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate, and it is not professional horticultural, legal, or import/export advice. Regulations about growing, shipping, and importing specific plants vary by location — always confirm the rules that apply to you.
Your content
When account features open, contributors will keep ownership of what they submit, and the specific license Prized Plants needs to display contributed content will be set out here before any submission feature is available.

Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
